Resellers can buy spare parts with the order and return back the faulty ones to get refunded for the amount of the spare parts.

All items are brand new and tested straightly one by one by our professional QC department.

RETURN:

By ordering HaoMin,  you indicate that you have read and agree to the following return policies and conditions listed on this page.

All Product returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Form. You are requested to fill out and attach RMA form with the return item. Or you can get it from the sales person directly. Returns without return form will get delayed for the process.

• The customer is solely responsible for sending returned products to to us, and we will cover the cost of returning the repaired item back to Customers.
• All the returning Good should ship viaEMS, Noted as repair goods without commercial value.
• All return will get processed within a month once got return. Customers will get informed when got return and arranged redelivery.

2.       Shipping

Shipping method:

By Sea, By air and Express which we will compare the most competitive cost based on your weight!

Shipping cost:

After Long time cooperation with shipping company,  We assure that the shipment will reach you in the fastest way with the best shipping cost.

Delivery time:

Sample: All the sample are available for small quantities in 3-5 days!

Bulk : Depends on quanlity, Normally it is in 7-15 days!

For DHL/UPS/TNT, usually it takes 3-5 days to get the shipment delivered.

ForEMS, it depends on different countries.

By Air, it is around 10 days.

By Sea, it is around 26 days. 

3.     Payment

 Payment methods: L/C , T/T,Western Union, paypal.

Note:

A. Please remember to add your invoice reference when transfer

B. please remember to provide the T/T split to the sales person for us to check on our side.

Generally for international wire transfer, it will take 3-5 work days for us to confirm your payment. We will keep you informed about the status, and will arrange shipment for you within 1-2 business days after the confirmation of the payment.

C. For international wire transfer, we will ONLY be responsible for the bank charge of Hong Kong Side, the Intermediary bank fees and the local bank fees are on buyer’s side.

Paypal:

Pls kindly pay more 4% for the paypal transfer cost!

Western Union:

please ask the sales person for the WU info and get back to us the WU split or get back to us your name and MTCN# to confirm the payment.
